Questions Buyers Ask Before Sharing Project Files
Is EBest PCBA a PCB manufacturer or a trading company?
Yes. EBest PCBA is a PCB and PCBA manufacturer, not a trading company. We manufacture PCB and PCBA products through our Shenzhen and Vietnam production operations, supported by engineering, sourcing, assembly, inspection and traceability teams. Your quotation identifies the factory, included services and team responsible for your order.
What information should we send for an initial review?
Send the files currently available, such as Gerber or ODB++, BOM, pick-and-place data, assembly drawings, test requirements, target quantity and delivery destination. You can start with partial information. A final quotation requires complete and approved production files.
Which inspection and testing methods will my boards need?
We recommend inspection and testing based on your design, component packages and acceptance criteria. For example, SPI checks solder paste, AOI checks visible assembly defects, and X-ray checks hidden solder joints where required. Electrical and functional tests follow the methods and limits agreed for your order.
Can EBest PCBA provide certification and compliance documents?
Yes. Tell us which certifications or compliance documents your company requires. We will confirm the applicable documents and provide the available copies for your supplier review.
Can one project include PCB fabrication, sourcing and assembly?
Yes. One EBest PCBA team can manage PCB fabrication, component sourcing and assembly for the same order. The quotation clearly states the included services, materials, testing and responsibilities.
Can a project be supported through China or Vietnam?
Yes. EBest PCBA supports production through Shenzhen, China and Bac Ninh, Vietnam. We select the factory according to the required processes, materials, certifications, capacity, delivery destination and schedule. The selected factory is stated in your quotation.
What happens after we contact EBest PCBA?
