We Map Interfaces and Failure Risks First
Our engineers review Ethernet, optical, serial, RF and management interfaces, power conversion, clocks, programmed devices, BGAs, connectors and shields. We identify which conditions need upstream process control, structural inspection or powered testing.
If an important interface lacks a defined test condition or fixture, we return the gap before production.
SPI and AOI Protect the Assembly Process
SPI controls applicable paste deposits before placement. AOI checks visible component presence, position, polarity and solder conditions. The approved programs follow the released assembly.
Reaction rules contain affected product and correct the process. These methods reduce dependence on a final link test to discover assembly defects.

X-ray Supports Selected Hidden-Joint Evidence
We use X-ray for applicable BGA, QFN and other bottom-terminated packages. Coverage, sampling, acceptance and image output are defined from package risk.
X-ray cannot prove data rate or firmware operation, so it remains one layer of evidence.
Programming Records Protect Software Configuration
We control the approved firmware, target device, revision and required identifier. Hardware or software changes receive review for programming and test compatibility.
The programming result remains connected to the work order or product identifier where the route supports it.
Electrical Tests Need Design Access
ICT, flying probe and other electrical checks can verify defined connections and component conditions when suitable access exists. We review test points, fixtures, isolation, program ownership and limits.
The record states coverage and disposition rather than implying that every high-speed function was exercised.
Functional Testing Requires Defined Traffic Conditions
A telecom FCT needs specified ports, link modes, data patterns, duration, error criteria, firmware, cables, fixtures and expected results. A link-up LED is not equivalent to sustained traffic or protocol verification.
We execute the approved procedure and report the defined results. Network-level interoperability and field performance remain separate unless assigned explicitly.
RF and Clock Tests Need Their Own Measurement Basis
Where RF power, frequency, clock or signal measurements are required, we need fixtures, calibration status, connection method, limits and report format. An impedance coupon or AOI result cannot replace these measurements.
We keep fabrication, assembly and powered test evidence separate but linked to the same product revision.
Failures and Repairs Remain Visible
Failed units are contained and connected to diagnosis, approved repair or rework, retest and final disposition. Available work-order or serial links support retrieval.
This helps identify recurring process, component, firmware or fixture conditions rather than hiding them behind final pass status.
