Send the available Gerber or ODB++ data, drill files, fabrication drawing, stack-up or material requirements, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish, impedance notes, quantity and delivery destination. If an item is unknown, mark it as open rather than delaying the first contact.
Can I contact EBest PCBA before all project files are complete?
Yes. Send the files you have and tell us which details are still undecided. We’ll review the information and confirm what is required to prepare your quotation.
Can I request an NDA before sharing drawings or manufacturing data?
Yes. Email us to request an NDA before sending confidential files. You can also send your company’s NDA for review.
How should I send a large or sensitive file package?
The form accepts one file up to 8 MB. ZIP the BOM, Gerber files and drawings when practical. For larger or confidential packages, email the project summary first and ask us to confirm the preferred transfer route or NDA process.
Can EBest PCBA quote PCB fabrication without assembly?
Yes. Use the PCB fabrication route and provide the board data, construction requirements, quantity and delivery information. Assembly files are not required when the requested scope is bare-board fabrication only.
Can the same inquiry include PCB fabrication, sourcing and PCBA assembly?
Yes. Use the turnkey PCBA route and include the PCB data, BOM, centroid file, assembly drawing, DNP notes, test requirements, quantity and destination. The quotation will be based on the released project scope and reviewed files.
What happens after EBest PCBA receives my inquiry?
Our team reviews your files and requirements, contacts you to clarify any missing details, and prepares a quotation once the scope is confirmed.
How do I request supplier qualification or compliance information?
