MES production traceability
EBest PCBA uses MES production records to connect the released work order, material identification, production steps and available quality records. Tell us what you need to trace before quotation so the required identifiers and records can be included in the approved production route.

One order, one connected record path
MES records help the project team verify which approved order was built, which identified materials entered production and which recorded steps were completed. The exact coverage depends on the identifiers, equipment connections and reports agreed for your order.

Bidirectional traceability
When UID and SN capture are included in the approved production route, the production team can follow the material forward into the related build or follow a finished product back to the recorded materials and process history.
Use forward traceability to identify where a controlled material was used. Use reverse traceability to review what recorded materials and process steps are linked to a finished unit.
Project boundary: complete UID-to-SN coverage is not assumed for every order. Required identifiers, scan points, connected inspection data, record format and retention period must be agreed before production.

When a recorded requirement is not met, the team identifies and contains the affected material or product, traces the related identifiers, reviews the impact and verifies the agreed action before release.

Set the traceability scope before quotation
Send the Gerber or ODB++, BOM, drawings, required identifiers, inspection and test requirements, record format and retention period. We will review the requested scope, identify missing inputs and confirm the available records for your production route.
