We Release One Consistent Manufacturing Package
Our engineers reconcile Gerber or ODB++, drill files, stack-up, fabrication drawing, BOM, CPL, assembly drawing, programming data and test requirements. Missing polarity, connector orientation, mechanical or acceptance information is returned before release.
The approved customer part and revision remain connected to the work order. This prevents an outdated BOM or coordinate file from entering a repeat build.
Prototype Exceptions Become Controlled Instructions
Industrial prototypes often include hand-selected parts, jumper wires, manual rework, temporary fixtures or engineering adjustments. We review which exceptions must be eliminated, approved or converted into a controlled instruction.
When a change is accepted, it enters the released design, process or test baseline. Operators do not need to rely on memory from the original prototype.

Our BOM Review Protects Long-Life Products
We check manufacturer part numbers, approved sources, availability, lifecycle and substitution requirements. Industrial products can remain active longer than many electronic components, so supply planning is part of production readiness.
We return lifecycle or shortage risks early enough for customer decisions. Unapproved alternatives remain outside the production BOM.
The Pilot Run Uses the Intended Production Route
We build the pilot using the planned stencil, tooling, process sequence, inspection and test method. First-article verification checks setup, part identity, placement and key manufacturing conditions before the lot continues.
If the pilot exposes a process or design issue, we document the correction and release the new approved condition before repeat production.
Inspection and Test Match Industrial Failure Modes
We use applicable SPI, AOI and X-ray to cover paste, visible assembly and selected hidden-joint risks. Electrical and functional testing are planned for the product’s field I/O, power, communication and control functions as specified by the customer.
The result remains connected to the product, program or procedure revision and disposition. Your team knows what was checked and what remains outside the test coverage.
Our Records Support Service and Repeat Orders
MES-related records can connect the released work order, identified material, production steps and available quality information. When required, lot, UID, date-code or product serial-number links are defined before production.
These records support later comparison, containment and change review when an industrial product remains in service for years.
