No. AOI evaluates visible assembly features such as component presence, orientation and selected solder-joint conditions. It does not prove every electrical connection or confirm that the product operates as intended. Electrical testing and functional testing address different failure modes. Define the required combination from the circuit risk, package types, test access and customer acceptance criteria.
