Common PCB DFM findings include insufficient annular ring, narrow solder-mask dams, copper too close to the edge, conflicting drill data, unclear board outline, unsuitable via structures and stack-up or impedance values that do not match trace geometry. The importance of each issue depends on construction and tolerance. A useful DFM report identifies the location, production impact and required decision rather than returning a generic pass or fail.
