What determines whether a PCB stack-up is manufacturable?

Manufacturability depends on layer count, finished thickness, copper weight, dielectric materials, impedance targets, via structures, drill sizes, annular rings and the relationship between trace geometry and fabrication tolerances.

The fabricator must review these variables together. Final stack-up, impedance geometry and production tolerances should be confirmed against the released data rather than inferred from a generic capability table.
