EBest PCBA Engineering Team

These surface finishes protect exposed copper and support different assembly or connection needs. HASL is common and economical but has surface-flatness limits; ENIG provides a flat solderable finish; OSP is thin and cost-efficient but handling and storage matter; ENEPIG can support applications that require both soldering and wire bonding. Selection depends on component pitch, shelf life, contact function, process temperature, reliability and cost.
