For a PCB quotation, send Gerber or ODB++ data together with the fabrication drawing and quantity. For PCBA, also provide a BOM, pick-and-place file and assembly drawing when available. Test requirements, target delivery date and expected production volume help define the correct manufacturing process.
A preliminary review can begin with incomplete data, but final price, lead time and production conditions are confirmed only after the required files and specifications have been checked.
